Before we start, though, we provide an accurate, honest work estimate so that you, as our customer, will always know the cost of your auto repair services before we even start work on your vehicle. All estimates are conducted in accordance with our code of ethics. After the service is performed, we will explain and itemize all parts and labor on an invoice by a knowledgeable service consultant. We'll gladly answer any questions you may have regarding repairs performed and any repairs required at a later date.
We use only high quality parts backed by a national warranty. All of the parts we install are guaranteed to meet or exceed manufacturer standards, and if you wish, we'll return all of your old parts to you within the first 24 hours. After this time all parts will be disposed of or recycled. This service, like all services performed at KMAC Auto, is advised based on your manufacturer's recommendations, or as needed as determined by our inspection and based on industry standards. The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package which includes parts and labor whichever benefits you the most. We will always explain what repairs are required and why, before repairs are performed.
