Bryan Leonard, the firm’s founder and operator, delivers a pragmatic, hands-on approach that is grounded in over 3 decades of experience as a builder and across multiple construction trades. His experience and expertise cuts across all architectural styles, from traditional to contemporary. Bryan’s philosophy is to respect the original architectural integrity, while adding value and creating unique attributes that reflect the property as well as the owner’s vision for the project.
