Rebirth Wellness Centre

Our vision for Rebirth Wellness Centre has always been about more than providing classes, wellness services and education for pre and postnatal women and families. As all of those things are very important, we believe our purpose is to create a place where new moms and moms-to-be can come together in community to connect with others, share experiences of motherhood, and to be well in throughout the process. Our purpose is to empower women and new moms to be strong and confident as they make their way through the journey into motherhood.

Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making
mothers - strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves

While at Rebirth, you can relax knowing that you are surrounded by other new and expecting mamas all going through the same changes and adjustments.
