Red Seal Chef Paul Walker was trained at the Four Seasons' Café Auberge, and has 35 years experience. He can cook pretty much anything you want, from Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisine to Asian delicacies. Vegetarians, vegans and those with food allergies can be accommodated, as well.
