Water Concepts was established in 1987 in Wainfleet. We expanded gradually from Water Treatment into Custom Designed Systems and Water Analysis Equipment. We work hard to maintain our Company's reputation of integrity, backed by consistent, reliable service.

Products
We sell and install Water Treatment Equipment (Softeners, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Systems, Ultra Violet Sterilizers, Whole Home Filters, Hydrogen Peroxide Systems, Chlorination Systems, Iron Filters) and Supplies (Parts, Filters, UV Bulbs etc.)

Water Test & Installation
We will Test your water Free of charge to ensure we recommend to best equipment to suit your needs. Water Treatment is sized properly and set up to meet the requirements of your home or business.

Service & Warranty
We service most models of existing Water Treatment Equipment and stock a wide range of replacement parts. We stand behind our products and services and manufacturing warranty service is provided for most major brands on the market.

Trouble Shooting
Qualified technicians are just a phone call away to answer water quality questions during regular business hours M-F 8:30-4:30. If we can't solve it over the phone, we will work with you to schedule a service call and get it fixed. If you have an after hours emergency; no problem; our phone line is regularly monitored and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Products
We provide Water Testing Equipment, Services, and replacement parts and solutions from a variety of trusted brands such as Hanna, ITS, Hach, Lamotte, HM Digital, Jenco etc.

Water Sampling for Bacteria
NEW - We now offer water sampling service that includes, coming to your facility, taking your sample and delivering it a certified lab, all for a very affordable fee. Should your sample come back with an adverse result we are on hand to correct the problem in a timely manner.

Custom Design
We are ready to work closely with you to design a solution to meet your systems requirements.

Inventory
We stock a large inventory of Reagents, Solutions, Test Strips, and hand held meters. This means we can usually ship out stock items within 24 hours.

Warranty Outlet
We serve as a Warranty Outlet for several brands of equipment.

Recalibration & Repair
Our in-house repair department is fully available to help you troubleshoot or repair your instruments.
