We at ZEN WARRIOR KENSHUSEI are a serious and dedicated group of martial artists. Our focus is on old-school principles and attitudes based on respect, honor and discipline.

Our training combines a beautiful blend of hard and soft styles designed to nurture the physical, mental and spiritual PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE in all aspects of life. This is accomplished through advanced teaching and training in our Kempo Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu, Aiki Jujutsu & Thai Chi Chuan.

Our focus is to nurture a commitment to excellence in our students and turn them into life-long learners with the hope that they practice martial arts for life and pass on the tradition to others of like-mind.


The training itself is designed to empower the practitioner with health, fitness, knowledge of self-defense and personal growth with emphasis on both internal and external peace and harmony. This is accomplished by following the ancient tradition of KENSHUSEI (meaning advanced training) and `ZEN BUSHIDO` referring to strict obedience and loyalty to the Universal Laws of Nature; the essence being that we are all connected to each other and in order to change the world we must first change ourselves.
