We advocate and practice mediation and arbitration. Miskin Law Offices represent individual clients. Many of our cases and claims settle out of court with mediation being a common way to bring about a settlement of cases with a compromise when the parties are far apart. We are ready, willing and able to go to trial in Ontario Courts where a reasonable settlement can not be achieved. Outside of Ontario we work with lawyers in other jurisdictions to advance our clients' cases. Our court cases are primarily in the areas of personal injury and health related insurance claims.
