R.H. McGregor School is proud of the academic standards established by our staff, parents and community. The high performance levels continually being achieved by our students in the Grade 3 EQAO provincial assessments is strong evidence that the programs and services offered by our school are effective and contribute to the high achievement level of our students.
Each year, a planned process is used to identify school priorities. This process includes the input of staff, parents, Home and School Association, School Advisory Council members and School Board and Ministry of Education initiatives and directions.

The School priorities/site plans are developed to meet the needs of our students, parents, community, staff and the school. Included in these school plans are the action plans developed to address certain areas. These plans extend to every grade, as our goal is to improve the academic and social standards of ALL students in ALL grades.
