CanalCityCycle is a newly established business, located in down town Thorold, Ontario, Canada. Although we are a new business we’re certainly not new to cycling and in fact bring several years of experience and knowledge in the bicycle retail and service industry.

Our goal is to provide the absolute best possible experience and value to each and every customer that we’re privileged to serve. Our staff are friendly and “down to earth”, who’s primary interest is customer satisfaction, quality of service and customer safety.

CanalCityCycle is a sole proprietorship. Owned and operated by Erik Olesen. Erik has a long history in the cycling industry and has worked in both retail and repair and maintenance. Customers have come to rely on his many years of expertise and friendly advice. For Erik, a day without a bike ride is like a day without sunshine!

A tourist attraction to thousands of people each year from all around the globe.
