Douglas Wood Large Tree Service has been providing tree sales and transplanting services throughout Ontario since 1979. Large tree transplanting is our business. We offer tree relocating services through a fleet of mechanical tree spades, and can also relocate even larger trees by excavating, balling and placing by crane. We have trees available from our own inventory as well as access to other sources of quality trees.

Along with tree transplanting and tree sales, our company provides other beneficial services. We provide tree evaluation and consulting for projects in the planning stages on through to completion. Our company evaluates the suitability of trees for transplant according to each specific site and recommends the most appropriate procedures to follow for pre and post transplant care as well as the transplanting itself.
