What a pleasure it is to make a discovery such as Culninaria. Set in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse (formerly the Elliot House), the Culinaria Restaurant enjoys the sincerely special feature of having a culinary school attached to the premises. The restaurant proper is a charming marvel of elegance and taste. Lunch and dinner menus draw from a North American cuisine under French and Italian influences, and are replete with the full gamut of seafood to steaks; pasta to chicken; soup to salads. In all, Culinaria offers five private dining rooms for clients’ intimate meals, holiday parties, corporate retreats, business meetings and even large banquets of up to 200 people. Guests come to Culinaria for the heritage; they stay for the hospitality.
