Chartreuse is a quaint country house that was transformed years ago into two romantic dining rooms, with linen tablecloths, lace curtains, fresh roses and light classical music.

The menu offers regional dishes and classical cuisine featuring fresh fish, aged top-quality steaks with a selection of up to ten different fresh vegetables. Our restaurant is unique where upstairs we are Country Dining and downstairs we have The Longchamp Pub. Only 30 minutes from Toronto, 15 minutes from Pearson International Airport.
