At Frankie's we offer a 100% gluten and wheat free dining experience. We feel that anyone, with almost any food sensitivity, should be able to eat an enjoyable, fulfilling and tasty meal without the risk of cross-contamination. And because the staff at Frankie's makes everything in their kitchens, we are able to do this by customizing your dining experience to adhere to your dietary needs. Whether it's a seafood allergy, or any other sensitivity we are able to make your dining experience a pleasure. And if you're in a rush, we offer take-out too.
Frank was born with Celiac disease, a disorder that prevents the digestion of gluten and foods that contain it (mainly wheat products).
As it is almost impossible for people with Celiac disease to eat out in restaurants, we have dedicated the entire menu at Frankie's as a safe-haven for them.
Along with our regular Mediterranean menu, patrons will find both Celiac-friendly food and a peanut- and nut-free environment, as well as vegetarian, vegan and some sugar-free pastries for our diabetic patrons every day.
